The purpose of the consultation is typically to gather information, assess your needs and objectives, and provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a better understanding of what to expect from us. We go over the details of your project, your planned investment, the desired timeline, and any specific requirements or preferences.
Design.
Our designers will help you create a space that meets your needs, desires, and preferences. We work with you to understand your vision for the project while considering your budget, and identifying any constraints or limitations that may impede the project. This process allows our final scope of work to be accurate and our building process to be streamlined and efficient when our professional craftsman enter your home.
Build.
Here at Precision Design & Build the building phase of every project starts with site prep. One of our main focuses is to protect your home and maintain a clean job site at all times. Throughout the building phase we strive to operate as seamlessly as possible. With our highly experienced project managers on site and use of our project management software we are able to manage resources, control costs, and adhere to the project schedule to ensure a successful outcome.
